I have to continue to commend you Diane for your willingness to tell the truth about the Reno real estate market. I think it is an uncommon realtor today who is willing to link to a site that describes the Reno market as “extremely overvalued.”

Well, it is what it is. Real estate is a huge investment for most people, and ultimately, I want folks to come out ahead on this. Timing the market is hard, but I’ve personally done well doing it. If I can help others maximize their gain while living someplace at the same time, then that’s good for all of us. Maybe it’s corny, but I do look for the win-win in every situation.

Quite a contrast to your blog post on January 5 when you described the bubble as an “unimaginative metaphor” and assured your readers that there could be no such thing as a bubble, at least not here in Reno.
