Yeah, so… times may be tough, but for the record, I don’t do animal poo. (And I’m pretty sure Guy doesn’t, either.) We’ll help you understand the market, help you price a house, help you get the best deal, but, I’m sorry… we’re not looking after your rats, vacuuming up your flies, or cleaning up your dead fish. We are happy, however, to recommend service providers in town who do just that. what?

I can relate to the fly vacuuming.
I once vacuumed up a living room full of dead flies prior to closing the sale of a ranch with a cabin in Western Montana.
The cabin had a big living room with lots of windows, and the place had been unused for some time before it sold.
The windows were a magnet for the flies because they liked the warmth.
Never did figure out how they got into the house, but it may have been through a vent?
My buyers came from Florida for closing and I got to the home for our walk thru before they did and the place was littered with flies.
Filled a whole vacuum bag with them little critters.
At least I didn’t have to empty the bag 🙂

LOL…I can relate! I’ve had to do so many last minute clean-ups, it’s just ridiculous.

I can relate to the poo – I had a house once where the bathroom (water had been turned off for over a year) filled with human poo. Thank goodness for our local ServePro people. Took care of this in no time!

I had a listing with mice droppings and urine. The only place in town that would touch it wanted over $600 to clean it up. I wasn’t going to volunteer to do it! – Ashley
